What Rovik is

Rovik is an AI-guided health companion. It helps you plan, log, and reflect on training, nutrition, journaling, and habits, with a Coach that can suggest next actions based on what you've logged.

Rovik is not medical advice. The Coach is a coaching tool, not a clinician. It can be wrong. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, are managing an injury, are recovering from disordered eating, or are about to make a meaningful change to how you train or eat — talk to a qualified professional. Don't rely on Rovik for decisions where being wrong has serious consequences.

Your account

You sign in with Google or Apple. Keep your account secure — you're responsible for what happens under it. If you suspect someone else has access, sign out from all devices and email us.

You must be at least 13 to use Rovik. If you're between 13 and the age of majority where you live, your parent or guardian needs to agree to these terms on your behalf.

What you agree not to do

• Use Rovik to break the law, including any law where you live or where Rovik operates.
• Pretend to be someone else, or share access to your account.
• Try to scrape, reverse-engineer, or attack Rovik or the people who use it.
• Use Rovik to harass, harm, or generate content about other people without their consent.
• Use the Coach in a way that bypasses safety advice it’s already given you, or pressure it into giving you content it has refused.

Your content

Anything you log or write in Rovik is yours. We need a limited licence to store and process it so the service works (e.g. showing your data back to you, sending the relevant pieces to the Coach when it's answering you). We don't use your content to train models, sell to advertisers, or make available to other users.

Our content

The Rovik name, logo, design, and code are ours. You can use the service as intended; everything else is reserved.

Subscriptions and payments

Rovik may offer paid plans in the future. If and when that happens, the price, billing cadence, and refund policy will be shown clearly before you pay, and processed through the App Store, Google Play, or another payment provider — we don't handle card numbers ourselves.

Closing your account

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Danger Zone → Delete account, or by emailing hello@rovik.ai. See the privacy policy for the deletion timeline (14-day grace, then permanent removal).

We can suspend or close your account if you breach these terms or use the service in a way that puts other users or the service itself at risk. Where reasonable, we'll tell you first and give you a chance to fix it.

Service availability

Rovik is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep the service running, but we don't guarantee uptime, and we don't guarantee that the Coach's suggestions will be correct, useful, or appropriate for your specific situation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to your use of the service is limited to the greater of A$100 or the amount you paid Rovik in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded — including the Australian Consumer Law if you're in Australia, or equivalent statutes in other jurisdictions.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes we'll bump the effective date and, if the change affects your rights or how you use the service, give you reasonable notice (typically by email and/or in-app banner) before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia, except where local consumer law gives you the right to choose another court.
