We built Rovik because most health apps do the easiest thing — they watch. They count steps, log meals, mark a streak. They give you a feed of yourself and call it a coach. It isn't.
A coach asks better questions. A coach notices that you slept badly. A coach knows when to lower the bar and when to push. A coach remembers what mattered to you on Sunday when Wednesday falls apart.
One companion, one loop
Rovik is built around a single behavioural loop — Reflect → Plan → Act → Track → Adapt → Celebrate — because that's how change actually works. Every feature is a stage of this loop. Journal is reflection. Coach is planning and adaptation. Training, Nutrition and Habits are action systems. Challenges are commitment. Insights are celebration. Same conversation, different chapters.
The Coach is the product
Everything else is a tool the Coach uses on your behalf. Talk to it like you'd talk to the friend who happens to be a coach. Plan a week. Log a meal. Reflect on a flat day. Recover a streak. Rovik moves between modes the way you move between moods.

In most apps you record the same workout in three places — and forget two. Rovik logs the event once and lets every part of the app interpret it: a challenge contribution, a training set, a habit completion, a memory the Coach can use later. You move on with your day. The app does the bookkeeping.
Built for the day you almost gave up
Streaks break. Weeks fall apart. Most apps punish that with a red number and a guilt trip. Rovik does the opposite — it notices, it lowers the bar, it keeps the thread alive. Recover the week. Don't restart it.
A coach with limits
We won't moralise food, shame your body, pretend to be your therapist, or let a streak matter more than you do. We will refer you out when something deserves more than coaching can offer. The limits are the product, not the legal page. Read the safety stance →
